The information here is compiled from many different sources and in many cases it was difficult to find the exact immigration dates. Some records show the dates of earliest immigration to Minnesota by members of a particular ethnic group while others show dates of major immigration waves. The links below also reflect interests and strengths of our research team members. Certain areas of immigration history are researched to a greater depth than others. We are also hoping to provide alternative timelines of immigration history in the near future.
